4. Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at service@flawlesstaire.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or shipment preparation.
6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and a short explanation so our support team can review the issue.
7. Can I return an item?
Eligible unused and unworn items may be requested for return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be clean, in original packaging, and approved by customer support before being sent back.
8. Will the jewelry look exactly like the photos?
Photos are provided for reference. Color, shine, size impression, and finish may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and normal product variation.
9. How should I care for my jewelry?
To help maintain appearance, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, sweat, cleaning products, and harsh chemicals. Store jewelry in a dry place when not in use.
