Return Policy
We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days after the order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, clean, and in its original packaging with any included tags, cards, or protective materials.
To request a return, please contact service@flawlesstaire.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
For hygiene and quality reasons, worn jewelry, damaged items caused by customer handling, customized items, final sale items, and items missing original packaging may not qualify for return.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item, packaging, and order information so we can review the issue.
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise confirmed by customer support.
